Beats & Tunes School of Music School of Music Under the direction of Canadian Artist Dr. Maria F.

Farinha, Beats & Tunes School of Music provides opportunities for kids and adults to learn any kind of music style: Classical, Rock, Jazz, Country, Vocal, Musical Theater, and Pop music, but also provides the students with fantastic lessons in problem solving, team building, and the rewards of hard work while building their self esteem and confidence. It is proved that access and exposure to the arts is an integral part of a thriving cultural community and a well-rounded education. Therefore, we prepare the music student for the world because we offer an environment that constantly challenges their creative abilities. Throughout our teaching methods the students develop both their confidence and musicianship not just taking lessons to learn notes, chords, technique and music theory, but learning songs, instrumental pieces, playing with other musicians in ensembles and Bands, and getting out to perform on stages. Our Band program gives students of all ages and levels the opportunity to interact with each other, give public performances, and advance music learning school-wide. They will love to be enrolled in this “enrichment activity.” Beats and Tunes is dedicated to providing comprehensive instruction, facilities and other resources to support and inspire artistic accomplishment.

The 21st edition of our 3 Recitals is happening today in a few hours😃 We have had more than 3,000 students performing in our recitals over the past 10 years. We are very thankful for all the supporting parents, amazing students and staff for participating in this exciting moment.
