After our early morning jumping rides, recovery is just as important as the work itself 🤍

We always make sure he cools down properly first, then hose him off to help lower his body temperature after working. We use ice boots to help support recovery after jumping, and sometimes apply liniment when needed.

Then he heads out to his paddock with his friend so he can relax, move around, and just be a horse for a bit before coming back in. Once he’s back inside, we finish up with wraps and the rest of his stable care routine ✨

Every horse is different, and this is simply what works best for mine!
