I don't keep record of how many times a candidate takes an exam before they pass it. But, I try to be mindful of their prior experiences as I provide encouragement when needed! Each experience reminds me why I do what I do as a service to my community and surrounding areas.
Congratulations to the victorious testers of the past week! My candidate today jumped in my arms when she realized that she passed her exam on the 3rd attempt. Proud of her for not giving up, caving in, or quitting even when it got hard!
