The free women's self defense seminar is tomorrow at 1pm! Kevin and Boo will be leading the MMA portion and Misty will be driving in from Plano to teach us some ground work. This seminar is focused on beginners, but will be good for the intermediate as well. Dress in athletic clothing. Hope to see you there!

This week in women's jiu jitsu, we will be working from the closed guard; Arm bar, omoplata, triangle, kimura, collar chokes, and loop choke. Get on the mats and train! Tues and Fri .
