Austen-Coley Learning Center 2022 Summer Program - Lang. Arts & Math
Does your child have trouble remembering spelling words, keeping up with reading assignments, organizing and writing their thoughts, memorizing math facts or procedures?
Your student may have a specific language disorder known as dyslexia, or a related processing
issue.
Language Arts – Students will work on penmanship, spatial organization, spelling, decoding, and reading comprehension.
Math – will address problems a student has with math: sequencing, spatial organization, remembering the steps for multi-step problems, understanding the vocabulary of math (clue words for story problems), and other basic math concepts.
Session 1 - for students entering Grades 2 & 3 in Fall 2022
