CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR CREW MEMBER OF THE WEEK — TIERRA GRAVES! 🌟
Tierra, I am so incredibly proud of you and all that you have accomplished!
Many of you may remember Tierra from her time as an aide in Lifeskills, where she worked with our students with so much patience, compassion, and love. Today, she is working in RTI and her focus remains the same: helping students thrive, grow, and reach their full potential. ❤️
As many of you know, Tierra is the other half of the Fabulous Graves Duo — self-proclaimed! 😄 And I can honestly say that I have been blessed with the best of both worlds. Not only have I had the privilege of working alongside her, but I also get to have the most amazing stepmom/stepdaughter relationship with her.
Watching her grow into the smart, intelligent, compassionate young woman she is today has been such a joy. Seeing her carry the values that were instilled in her and watching her use those values to make a difference in the lives of others makes her entire family — and especially me — incredibly proud.
Tierra, I want you to know how thankful I am for you. I’m thankful to call you my coworker, proud to call you my daughter, and grateful that I get to watch you continue to grow and accomplish so many amazing things.
Congratulations on being Crew Member of the Week! You deserve this recognition and so much more. Keep being the amazing person you are and keep making a difference in the lives of Birch 1st students
