💚🐺 Wednesday Wisdom with Principal Greer 🐺💚

Happy Wednesday, Little Lobo Families! We have a few gentle reminders to help our learners have the best school day possible! 🌟

⏰ Every Minute Matters!
Students need to be at school on time and ready to learn by 7:45 AM. Students arriving after 7:45 AM are considered tardy.

Consistent, on-time attendance gives our learners a better opportunity to:
🍎 Retain important information
🍎 Socialize and build relationships with their peers
🍎 Develop strong routines
🍎 Grow and advance throughout their educational journey

Families can help by developing a consistent morning routine—set those alarms, lay out clothes the night before, pack backpacks, and plan ahead so our Little Lobos can start their day on time alongside their classmates!

🏫 Stay for the Full School Day
Our instructional day is approximately 7:45 AM–2:45 PM. Please allow your student to remain at school for the full instructional day whenever possible. Every part of the day provides valuable opportunities for learning and growth.

🚗 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Reminders
Please use the designated zones when dropping off students. The cones and dividers are placed to help traffic flow safely and efficiently, so please do not move them, as this can cause confusion for other families.

📲 Car Rider Pro Reminder
Our Car Rider Pro system begins scanning the barcode on your hangtag at 1:30 PM. If you arrive before 1:30 PM, please remain at your zone's Car Rider Pro scanner until the system begins scanning.

💚 We are here to support our learners, and we appreciate our families partnering with us to help every Little Lobo have a successful school day!

Little Lobo Families:

Thank you for an amazing first day of school!
Tomorrow will be our final day for parents to walk students inside from 7 am - 7:45 am. We want to assist in a smoother dismissal process. Please make sure you are in the correct zone.

Here are a few traffic tips:

Did you know there are two entrances to our campus for drop-off and pick-up? Please see the attached map!

To keep our line moving safely, each class has been assigned to a specific zone — please use the entrance assigned to your child's class.

Zone 1 – Blue backpack tags: Blue and Purple Hallways: Enter on Hwy 259/Eastman and zigzag through the big parking lot, exiting on Highway 80.

Zone 2 – Yellow backpack tags: Green and Gold Hallways: Enter on Hwy 80/Marshall and exit on Hwy 259/Eastman.

A gentle safety reminder: please never park across Hwy 259 and walk students across. Use the designated entrances instead!

🌙💚💛 ’Twas the Night Before School Starts at ETMPA… 💛💚🌙

The classrooms are ready, the hallways are shining, and our ETMPA staff is filled with excitement because tomorrow is the BIG DAY! 🐺🎒🍎

Tonight, backpacks are being packed, first-day outfits are being laid out, and our Little Lobos are getting ready for a brand-new adventure! From new friendships and hands-on learning to laughter, discovery, and BIG dreams, an amazing school year is waiting just beyond our doors. ✨

Our ETMPA Leadership Team has a special bedtime message for all of our Little Lobos and their families as we prepare for the first day of school. 💚💛

Tomorrow begins a brand-new year filled with learning, laughter, belonging, and endless possibilities! If you're feeling excited, nervous, or a little bit of both, remember—you have an entire ETMPA family ready to welcome you with smiles, kindness, encouragement, and lots of love 💚💛

⏰Doors open at 7 am
✏️Parents may walk students to class on Monday, August 17th and Tuesday, August 18th until 7:45 am
🚌Make sure you communicate with your child’s teacher how they will get home.
📝Late registration will take place on Wednesday, August 19th, 9 am - 11 am
🎒Ensure that your child has a backpack on daily with identifiable infomation (Child’s name, Teacher and parent phone number)
🗂️Our office will close at 12 noon the first week of school. We will reopen after zones are clear for dismissal.
