No Kids Classes today. Coach Ryan and Amy are celebrating their 9th anniversary this evening. Normal Adults Nogi at 6:15. Kids want to make up a day then come in for Sunday family class. We appreciate y’all

Coaches are here because we are but please don’t feel like you have to drag your kids in tonight. Garage doors are shut because of the smoke so that means the mats are practically lava and we are training jiu jitsu in a sauna.

So now that Baseball is over I want to get a Project started that I have been meaning too for awhile now. Looking too start The Base Hiking Club. Fridays or Saturdays. Let me know if interested and if so let’s get something set. My 48th bday is in Sept and my goal for this year is the Loowit Trail around Mt. St. Helens. Need to work up too it.
