Chef Kira, a Master of Cuisine, brings years of farm-to-table expertise, having led culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu and vast experience in farm-to-table cooking using organic, fresh and and healthy ingredients from farmer's markets and Fine Food Stores.

Chef John, with over 30 years in professional kitchens, has excelled in restaurants, country clubs, and hotels; and also cooked at Julia Child’s 77th birthday dinner.
