Spotlight on Company Groups!! 🤩 We’re so excited to continue sharing our dances this season in all our different moods, styles, and stories! Group highlights so far this season:
💕Our Petite Company winning 2nd place overall at In10sity for “I Wanna Be Like You” 💕 Debut Company placing 2nd overall at In10sity for “New Shoes”! Both companies competed for the very first time. 💕 Premiere Company took home 2nd overall for “OMG You Guys!” (Musical Theatre) as well as a judge’s award!
💕 “Sandlot” (Character) placed 2nd overall after competing the dance for the first time this season. 💕Our Full Company dance “1978” placed 4th overall after competing the dance for the first time this season.
💕Junior Company placed 13th overall at NYCDA for “Little Voice”, and 8th overall in In10sity. 💕Rep Group Company Highlights throughout the season include: 💕 “Serotonin” and “The End of The World” received special judge’s awards at In10sity highlighting Airborne’s technique and precision. 💕 “Serotonin” and “Who Laughs Last” (Contemporary) placing 1st and 3rd overall at Reverb, 7th and 9th overall at In10sity, and “Who Laughs Last” placing 5th overall at NYCDA! 💕
“End of the World” (Jazz) placing 4th overall at Reverb 💕 “What’s Up, Duloc?” (Musical Theatre) taking home 7th overall at Reverb, 7th overall at NYCDA, and 5th overall at In10sity💕 “La Boulangerie Magnifique” (Ballet) placing 5th overall at Reverb💕 “Organic” (Jazz) placing 1st overall at Reverb, 5th overall at NYCDA, and 4th overall at In10sity.💕 “Migrate” (Lyrical) placing 4th overall at Reverb, and 9th overall in In10sity.

New York, New York! 2nd overall 🌟 Nothing to Fear, Nothing to Doubt (Mason) 20th overall 🌟 Solace (Autumn) 21st overall, Organic 5th overall and critic’s choice nominee 🌟 Little Voice 13th overall and critic’s choice nominee 🌟 What’s Up Duloc? 7th overall 🌟Who Laughs Last 5th overall and critic’s choice nominee 🌟 Life Goes On 9th overall 🌟 I Feel Love 2nd overall! Olivia and Eva were Outstanding Dancer Finalists, and Mason was OD runner up! Dhriti, Vivian, and Mason all received intensive scholarships. Wow!! We’re so proud of you dancers!! 🤩💜💙

YAGP!! Mason and Eve danced so beautifully at Denver and we are so proud of them! They put so much hard work into their classical variations and contemporary solos. Congratulations to Mason for placing 3rd in the senior classical men category, and in the top 12 senior contemporary men and women combined! Mason was also selected as recipient and is honored to have received such a special awards. 🤩 Beautiful job dancers!!

It was a double event weekend for Company last week at and !! Some highlights include…
🌟 1st overall “New York, New York!” (Heat) , 🌟 8th overall “Take What You’ve Got” (Intrigue), 🌟 10th overall “Nothing to Fear, Nothing to Doubt” (Intrigue), and 🌟 19th overall “Boom” (Intrigue). AND…our very own .hef teaching some amazing classes at ! 🤩 We had multiple convention scholarship recipients throughout the weekend, and .dance continues to represent Airborne on the !! Great Job Dancers! 💜 💙
