When people ask what RockTape is good for I could go on for hours…..this week we got to put it to the test! My daughter got in a bad biking accident ended up with really bad bruising in various areas, a fractured radius and abrasions all over her leg, arm and chin. This all happened on Monday I taped her on Wed evening and in less than 48 hours you can see the difference! fixing little broken bodies.

I often try to explain to clients that pain in the body is such a personal thing. No one can truly ever know what or how another person is feeling. I saw this and thought it’s about the closest thing to explaining a migraine I have ever seen and I can only say that because I have felt all of these things personally during a migraine.

If nothing else it may help to visualize what’s happening or some of the things happing during a migraine.

Amongst all the madness of toilet paper stockpiling, bathing in hand sanitizer and drowning ourselves in cases of water....I am still open for business. Using standard cleaning practices with the same hospital grade stuff I’ve always used. So I’m here as always to give massage but do ask if you feel as though you are coming down with a bug not COVID-19 specifically just shoot me a text or call to see if you condition would be contraindicated for massage. Also know that if you have to cancel last minute due to coming down with the flu or needing to keep yourself safe due to respiratory issues or concerns they will NOT count towards the cancellation policy sessions.

Now is the time to start pre-booking your sessions for next year. Do you need a certain time of day or day of the week on a specific rotation? Book your sessions now and you don’t have to worry about missing that time later.

I’m booking about a month out for the most part, so the sooner you schedule time for yourself the better! I look forward to what this new year will bring and all the exciting things that are coming with GMI.

Only 9 hours of massage available before Christmas, I have opened up the 31st for a few hours so if you want to get in before Jan you should let me know ASAP:-). First come first serve!

Also GCs are available for purchase as gifts, no expiration for any of my services and add-ons. Still only $35 an hour give the gift of self care for this holiday season!
