Yesterday at the Tai Chi classes at Dance Dimensions, Roy Thoren, Sue Hagedorn, and Steve Elliott did a demonstration of various Tai Chi Froms. They performed the Tung Family Yang Style 180 Long Form, The Chen Man-Ching Sword form, Master Jesse Tsao's Eight Immortals Cane Form, and Master Jesse Tsao's Tai Chi Flute form.

Paul Humphrey from Longmont Computer took a video of the event, so look forward to the forms showing up on the Blue Heron Tai Chi website soon.

Last week a group of us boarded the bus (again!) to head down to Denver to Anatomy in Clay to study the rotator cuff. This time we made it with out the excitement of a flat tire! While we were there we built all the muscles of the shoulder, and explored where the muscles were on ourselves to learn which muscles in the shoulder made the arm turn this way and that.

One of the comments we heard was: "I've had rotator cuff surgery, but I had no idea what it was all about. Now this makes sense."

We will have more field trips in the future to various points of interest. Keep a look out.
