In working with a -phenomenal- client today, we were exploring alignment and how to choose a platform for authentic expression.

What came through is:

"YOU, are your deepest platform."

Like an octopus with that cute curvy head; all the tentacles are ways your expression can move through the world. Substack. Email. Phone calls. Networking. AI. Social media.

All expressions of YOU.

The platforms may change and ebb and flow.
But you are the steady center.

In all your interactions.
In the ways you move through the world.

Today my clients were:

~ 1 woman in Denver who was singing a Trevor Hall song an octave higher, and I taught her breath support.

~ 2 cats (Rover)

~ 1 man in Boulder who was singing a Blink 182 Song, and needed help with his lower range, and enunciation

~ 1 business man in Iowa who is prepping for a presentation, and we worked on him betting more in his body to speak with self-trust and authority.

This was a full day.
I am grateful.

Your voice is needed now more than ever 💙.

And I’m not (only) talking about activism. I’m speaking to the fullness of your expression—what you truly desire at the level of the heart and soul.

So many people are so overwhelmed with the state of the world (and the state of their world), which is appropriate, that they forget they have feet.

And, if you want support during a time when everything's wild, hit me up. Today my new man said, "...you seem more like a therapist than a voice coach."

I explained to him that the voice coach thing is really a front.
LOL. 😘

No... it's is but on of the avenues I use to help people reclaim who they really are, whether to sing better, or self-express more clearly, but between all of the healing modalities I use, the intuition that's a part of my services, and the attunement I give each person to support their deepest and most heart-aligned path... it can feel like therapy.

I then iterated that if something is out of my grasp as a coach or healing practitioner, I refer them to a therapist or another kind of practitioner.

We're really all walking each other home (~Ram Dass).... We just first have to remember we have feet!
