The last day of school is always filled with joy, celebration, and a little bit of bittersweet emotion.
Today, we say goodbye and thank you to four beloved members of our teaching staff: Ms. Stewart, Ms. Vuletich, Mrs. Sears, and Mrs. Comeaux.
Each of these women has shared her gifts with our students and our school community in meaningful ways. Through their dedication, care, patience, and love, they have helped shape hearts and minds at SJB.
While we will miss them dearly, we are so grateful for the time they have spent with us and for the lasting impact they leave behind. Please join us in praying for them and wishing them every blessing in the next chapter of their journey.

A heartfelt thank you to the Boulder County Fair Royalty for joining us at Pioneer Day last week!
Our students loved meeting the horses, learning more about 4-H, and discovering the important role it plays in building responsibility, leadership, service, and community.
We are so grateful you shared your time, knowledge, and love for agriculture with our students. We appreciate you!

Our 7th graders brought literature to life!
After reading The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis, students created movie posters to show their understanding of theme, character, conflict, symbolism, and the battle between good and evil.
Beautiful work, 7th grade!

Today, we had the great pleasure of welcoming newly ordained priest Fr. Daniel Rivas to our school!
Fr. Daniel has been assigned as Parochial Vicar at St. Stephenβs in Glenwood Springs, a parish blessed to have a Catholic school. He spoke with our students about his vocation, his call to the priesthood, and the joy of saying yes to God.
We loved sharing our school community with him and reminding him just how blessed he is to be assigned to a parish with a Catholic school. Please join us in praying for Fr. Daniel as he begins his priestly ministry! .stephencatholicschool

What a beautiful full-circle moment. ππ
Friday we welcomed back the Class of 2026 seniors for their Alumni Walk, and they paused for a special photo with our kindergarten students, also the Class of 2026 in their own SJB journey.
From little Vikings just beginning to alumni preparing for graduation, this moment reminds us what a gift it is to watch our students grow in faith, friendship, and purpose.

Today we celebrate Pentecost, the day the Holy Spirit descended upon the apostles and filled them with courage, wisdom, and faith.
Pentecost reminds us that the Church is alive, guided by the Holy Spirit, and called to share the love of Christ with the world. May we open our hearts to the gifts of the Holy Spirit and ask for the grace to live with boldness, peace, and joy.
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful. β€οΈβπ₯
