Hello gorgeous clients and friends!
30 years, yes 30 sensational years in November that I have been in business! From my humble beginnings in Chicago, I feel very fortunate to have found my calling. I started out making my aromatic creations in a studio apartment near Wrigley Field going door to door with my products, on the L train and on my bike. I was studying aromatherapy in a mail order course with cassettes, remember those? It was so hard to find pure essential oil and even bottles! I bought a butter yellow desk from a woman down the street that had a perpetual yard sale and I made my blends on that.
I have studied all over the world, taught so many classes, experienced so much joy thanks in a large part to all of you! I truly believe that I offer some of the finest products in the industry, and have worked tirelessly with unparalleled suppliers to bring you the authenticity you desire and Kismet Potions incomparable creations. I know we will continue to make aromatic magic together for many more years!
I have discovered incredible clients that have turned into friends and visa versa, made phenomenal blends {so you say!}. I have found the most fulfilling career that I can possibly imagine and learned SO much. Most importantly, I have met the most unique and wonderful people that are a huge part of my life…All of you!

YES LADIES AND GENTS…

Can you believe it? It is 29 years since I started out as Natural Scents in Chicago in 1993, and nobody really knew what aromatherapy was {I barely did either}! I took the L and my bike and went around to all sorts of shops in Chicago, and taught classes for all of you soon to be avid aroma-enthusiasts. Then I got a gig at Chicago College of Healing Arts, and that opened up a whole new world for me and the incredible students at the college. I moved to Santa Fe 19 years ago I changed the name to Kismet Potions. Seemed fitting, I was reinventing myself and my business too.

The sale lasts through the end of November, and is for everything I sell. It also includes any private consults for perfumes, love potions, etc. Oh yes, my little pretties, this is the big one!
