Mini Medics

Next lesson is coming up! It is going to be all about how to handle choking and seizures.

Here are some fun facts about cuts and splints! It is very important to know how to deal with these things just incase of an emergency.

We had another Mini Medics lesson today! This lesson was all about how to take care of cuts and how to make splints if you were at home. I had a great time and loved hearing everyone’s stories about when they had a broken bone.

Come to Silver Creek High School December 10th at 10am for our ugly sweater fun run! Who doesn’t love ugly sweaters.

Happy Veterans Day! Thank you to all of our veterans for everything you have done! Veterans are all about helping people and that is what I hope to teach these kids during Mini Medics.

I had an amazing second lesson with these kids! We talked about 911 emergency calls. This was all about helping them understand who to call, when to call, and when not to call.

We had a great first lesson a couple weeks ago! I loved hearing everyone’s stories. I’m excited for the next lesson where i’ll teach these kids about emergency numbers next week!
