WRITE, REFRAME & HEAL WITH ME IN OCTOBER: I've been really struck by how many people are in serious life transitions: Empty nesters, about-to-retire professionals, folks facing challenges in relationships and health; all of it.

If you're in one of those and it's NOT FEELING VERY COMFY INSIDE, I suggest you join me and Florence Williams Oct. 3-6 for three days of writing (taught by me), nature healing practices (taught by Florence, who's written award-winning books on the subject, and is a total sweetie pie), great food, hanging out with horses, and glorying in the golden light of fall.

The guest ranch we'll base out of is close to Denver (and easily reachable by an airport shuttle) yet it's in the serene red-rock foothills of the Colorado Rockies, next to the clear ripples of the Big Thompson River.
