It starts with an idea. A conversation. A connection. A choice to take the first step. And then it builds.

Introducing the 2027 Women's Leadership Conference: MOMENTUM.

Because momentum can begin with one of us—but imagine what happens when more than 1,600 of us come together.

April 8, 2027. Tickets on sale October 1.

An idea becomes a conversation. A conversation becomes a connection. One brave choice makes the next one easier. And what starts small can become something much bigger than any one of us.

Did you know we gave away TWO prizes to two lucky WLC attendees?

After WLC 2026, attendees who completed our post-event survey were entered for a chance to win—and the wheel has officially spoken! 🥁

One lucky attendee won an MGM Springfield getaway, featuring an overnight stay and a $250 gift certificate to The Chandler Steakhouse. Thank you to our sponsor MGM Springfield for this incredible prize!

And another won a complimentary ticket to WLC 2027 on April 8, 2027!

A huge thank you to everyone who shared their feedback with us. Your ideas, experiences, and insights help us make WLC better year after year.

And to our two lucky winners: congratulations! 🎉
