The CDC is reporting that 1 in 4 youth globally are experiencing clinically elevated depression symptoms, 1 in 5 are experiencing anxiety…this is double prepandemic estimates!

There are a number of ways to lesson the direct impact of Covid-19 on our children. Find the support from a local doctor or mental health practitioner,
mentor, or even school board to start the conversation of alleviating fear in our children and setting them back up on a road toward success.
