We exist to help everyday people become confident, capable, and responsible armed citizens. At our core, we believe training isn’t about fear, tactics, or bravado. It’s about clarity under pressure, confidence in your decisions, and taking personal responsibility for your own safety and the safety of those you love. We specialize in professional firearms education for new and experienced shooters

who want more than just a permit or a class certificate. Our training focuses on mindset, decision-making, and practical skill development in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Whether you’re stepping into firearms ownership for the first time or refining your skills as a committed protector, our goal is the same: to help you feel prepared, capable, and grounded in your abilities. We are a federally licensed firearm dealer (FFL) that abides by all federal and state laws. Safety, legality, and ethical responsibility are non-negotiable in everything we do. Tonight's the night.

The very first Grit & Lace Ladies Night is happening at Downtown Tactical. 6 to 8pm.

Here's what it is: coffee, about twenty minutes on the four safety rules, then range time at your own pace. Light refreshments. That's it.

Here's what it isn't: a class you can fail. A room full of people who already know everything. A place where anybody's going to make you feel dumb.

You don't need a gun. You don't need experience. You don't need to have ever touched one before. Borrow ours — no charge tonight.

Wear closed-toe shoes and a crew neck if you've got one. Hot brass is real, and it has no manners.

Tonight is free. Founding night only.

What a night. 🎯

We hosted the USCCA's Defensive Training Series here at the range last night — two hours of real defensive pistol work with SIRT training pistols. No live fire, no pressure, just solid fundamentals: grip, trigger control, natural point of aim, and knowing your threats from your non-threats.

A huge "Thank You" to Brian, our USCCA account rep who taught the class.

Watching brand-new shooters and experienced folks sharpen up side by side — with zero ammo spent — never gets old. If you missed it, don't worry. Between our classes, member events, and nights like this, there's always another chance to train with us.
