WestMet Season 7!!! We are only 7 weeks into our season and already our dancers have accomplished incredible things! 2026-2027 Youth America Grand Prix OUTSTANDING SCHOOL!! Thank you to the entire Youth America Grand Prix team for bringing such valuable opportunities to our dancers - from performing, to master classes, scholarships, connections … we appreciate you!

Thank you Youth America Grand Prix for bringing your Regional event to the Twin Cities! This weekend, our dancers performed brilliantly onstage - passion, technique, grace and elegance onstage AND off!

Some of our Soloists also took top 12 and top 3 placements in both Junior and Senior categories! We are endlessly proud of our dancers!! Looking forward to an amazing season ahead of us!

And week 2 of our Summer Intensive series is in the books! This past week, our Advanced dancers had the privilege to deep dive into the brilliant The Four Temperaments by the master choreographer George Balanchine. The dancers learned about the history of the score, the meaning behind the temperaments themselves, and learned the Phlegmatic section. Working together and studying the greats in this field, our dancers enhanced their movement vocabulary and artistry.
