Dec. 10, 2014 - NY State Change in Content

Effective with the February 2015 Bar exam, Administrative Law will appear on the essay portion of the examination. Students should prepare for questions in this subject area as it is "ripe" for testing. Keep in mind that Civil Procedure is now present on the MBE portion of the exam.

Nov 13, 2014 - New York Deans Puzzled by Decline in Passage Rates

All but three of the state's 15 law schools have reported a decline in pass rates for first-time candidates who took the July bar exam, a result that has disappointed, puzzled and angered school officials.
The 3,740 first-time test-takers from New York's law schools posted an 83 percent pass rate, down five points from last year.
