Council #987 serves the parishes of St. Anthony, St. Bartholomew, St. Matthew and Holy Innocent along with the mission of Our Lady of Mt Carmel

Thanks to the efforts of Father Michael J. McGivney, assistant pastor of St. Mary’s Church in New Haven and some of his parishioners, the Connecticut state legislature on March 29, 1882, officially chartered the Knights of Columbus as a fraternal benefit society. "Open Meeting" will be held at 7PM on 27 January at St Bartholomew (in the social hall) located at 5100 E. Broadway Ave, Long Beach, CA 90803. We will have a Q & A session for all in attendance. We will also be planning an upcoming charity event/fundraiser and announcing the name of the beneficiary.
