The most detrimental mistske is the avoidance of self conflict and the fear of having the important talks with self which is known as self awareness and deep self reflection. If we deal with the self conflict then we will not cringe at having the tough conversations with another. Couple and self intimacy leads you down a road of being open to vulnerability and transparency. Once you feel safe to be vulnerable and transparent, authenticity will organically happen. Note: Everyone doesnt deserve your vulnerability but knowing self will provide you with the desernment to know who does. Authenticity is essential to an effective result when ushering in the tough conversation. Whether it’s a tough conversation needed in our personal or professional relationships-it’s necessary to desire a happy and healthy relationship and do the necessary work to achieve it. Lets switch our focus for a moment to our professional goals and needs. Business Intimacy is necessary and a tough conversation to begin. Most business owners don't think of business as being intimate but on the contrare.....when you connect deeper to your client/customer, you become a better entrepreneur, leader, sales person and have a better understanding of your products and customer needs. The common goal of business owners is lifelong customers and referrals-we can show you how to do it through our business intimacy course. The complexities that often exist in both types of relationship are in need of an expert that is well versed in navigating through the challenges of a relationship. Coaching others with the tools necessary to break up or away from a personal or business relationship that may be toxic to their overall well being is key to work/life balance. What a wedding! What a beautiful love story and testimony of God's faithfulness. My little sister is MARRIED! ❤️ What an unforgettable weekend filled with so many emotions—but all the best kinds of emotions: joy, gratitude, love, and celebration.

I am beyond happy that Chris is the man God designed to walk beside you, love you, protect you, and cover you. Looking back now, it truly feels like it was him all along.

Your mom is such a strong, beautiful, and remarkable woman. It was incredibly fitting that she was the one to give you away. She did so with such pride, confidence, and grace—the kind of moment every bride dreams of sharing with her mother.

You were absolutely stunning—not only as a bride, but as a bonus mom, daughter, friend, and the little sister God blessed me with. Watching your journey has been a privilege, and seeing this chapter begin was nothing short of beautiful.
Thank you for the incredible honor of allowing me to stand beside you and serve as your Maid of Honor. It is a memory I will cherish forever.

Coronado & Belize

Ever since I was diagnosed with cancer for the second time, I made a promise to myself: if I made it through—healed, whole, and healthier on the other side—I would truly LIVE.

And now, I am.

I no longer waste my energy in spaces where I don’t feel welcomed or where I never belonged to begin with. As a Pisces, I feel everything—energy, presence, intention—and I’ve learned to honor that. If the vibration is off, I don’t fight it… I remove myself. And in doing that, I’ve found something priceless: peace.
So now the question is… where should I go next?
