What is it we train you may ask:

1) Our foundational system of how to pour into perceivably "rude," "difficult," or "disrespectful" members of the public and peers, superiors, and subordinate leaders within our own agency and model behaviors with anyone and everyone (as long as safety is not jeopardized)

2) A stronger understanding on how we should each be seeking opportunity and not opposition on both sides.

3) A 4-part self-check system, defensible in court which can be used to explain why necessary force was used.
