Summer of 2001 I slept off and on a bus and toured the country with most of all the now famous black comedians y'all watch on Netflix . When the summer ended , I realized the correct equation of how I need to live my life for a high quality of healthy living . I had to change the scenery (f🤎ck Hollywood 😂 , I honestly would not be alive if I stayed in that world )

I have been on tour for the last 6 years straight serving wellness to our youth .

When you S**U and practice you grow and self heal .
Nzazi Malonga is everything to me . First man in my life to break me down and give me the tools to rebuild myself . He is a walking zen koan . Because of him everytime I try to give an excuse for not reaching my higher self I hear his voice . I am only in first grade when comes to this self work , but it feels like I have a PHD in ME : Thank you master , I can't be fu**ed with because of you. I do not put anybody above me when it comes to my self care .
I CAREGIVE for myself like people focus on their buckelist. You are my MASTER Zi , thank you for giving me the TOOLS to Master myself . 💪🏽🤎💪🏽🤎. (I know I need to come see , but I am 15 pounds over fighting weight and I don't want to hear your mouth ) , but I will see you soon !!!!
