Twain Day is coming! Please SAVE THE DATE - June 2nd for lots of fun activities. The event starts at 1:15pm and ends at 4:30pm. We are working hard to plan a fun Twain family event. Games, Music, Food, Snacks, Raffles, Silent Auction plus Friends!!! Yay!!!

We hope you will sign up to help us make the event a success. We will need parent volunteers to set up and clean up in addition to help with games and food during the fun. We will turn one of our rooms into a book store for children and families to come.

Children will visit the Book Fair one day of the week with their teacher.

Parents and families are welcomed to visit our book fair after school.

We are preparing for our April 6th Fit-A-Thon and are excited to see all the students hop, climb, duck and crawl.

Our main fundraiser of the year has begun and we have a big goal of raising $35,000 to support our spring and fall 2023 programs. We will celebrate the end of our fundraising with a fun obstacle course and wellness activities.

Read Across America week is next week. We hope you will join our enthusiasm for books and participate.

On Thursday, March 2nd is our annual Booknic and we have some fun planned for families who participate during our lunch schedule.

Twain's annual Booknic celebration for Read Across America Day is next Thursday, March 2 during lunchtime (See picture 1 for schedule).

We hope you will be able to join your student for lunch. Notify your teacher to help us make appropriate plans.

Parent volunteers are instrumental in making PTA events a success.

We are looking for volunteers to help with set up, check in, PTA table, yearbook pictures, and clean up.
You do not need to be a VIP for this volunteer opportunity.

Twain community - we are holding a food and toy drive donation for families in need! From December 5-9, bring non-perishable food and new unwrapped gifts (ages 4-18) to school and place in the bins located in the hallways.
