Along with the fun and play of our school, there is a carefully thought-out and Christ-centered educational philosophy and an organized curriculum. A developmental-interaction point of view is the focus on the whole child; the cognitive (intellectual), the effectual (feelings), the sensory-motor (physical), and the spiritual. We know that a child learns best when he/she has a sense of personal wel

l-being and security. During these early years the child’s self-esteem is based on his/her attitude about learning and skills. Our facility, curriculum and teacher/child relationships are geared to this philosophy. Parkcrest ECS is licensed by the State of California to provide a half day or full day program. Enrollment options include T/Th, M/W/F, or a full M-F week, with hours being 9am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-3pm, or our 9am-3pm extended day program. Children must be 2 years and 9 months (3 years old by December 2nd) to be eligible for enrollment. Don't forget to ask about our additional electives, including Discovery Sessions, Summer Session, and our Early Start program.

Registration is officially open for the 2026–2027 school year!

Our 5-Day and 3-Day programs are currently full, and 2-Day is filling steadily. If Parkcrest has been on your mind, now is the time to secure your spot or join the waitlist.

We anticipate some movement over the summer as public school TK placements shift, so the earlier you’re in the system, the better positioned you’ll be.

We’re inviting parents to a casual coffee + conversation with Mary Van Geffen, a familiar face at Parkcrest and a trusted voice for parents raising deep-feeling, strong-willed kids.

This is a true meet and greet. No presentation. No sit-down talk. Just coffee, light breakfast, and a chance to connect if your morning allows.
