Are you a new business owner or perhaps starting a new project?

Every new endeavor comes with challenges and learning opportunities.

Here are some questions you should be asking yourself to help you evaluate and determine what is working and what isn’t working for you and your business.

Having a goal for the sake of having one isn’t going to drive the results you want. It needs to be motivating, specific, measurable, attainable (be realistic too), relevant to your business, time-based (don’t be afraid to set a date).

Similarly, having a strategy for the sake of implementing one in your business is not going to magically lead to success. It needs to be inspiring, clear, actionable, data-driven (look at the numbers, they don’t lie), aligned with your goals, clear and evaluated to deliver results.

We have placed our value and worth on the hustle and overworking ourselves into burnout.
