Some gems from our Small Group Personal Training. Tapping into that last little bit on every set. Building, pushing the ceiling higher, not just exercising. It’s a personality type.

In Genesis 2:18, when God decided to make woman, He said “It is not good for man to be alone. Therefore I will make a helper suitable for him.” However, in this case when God says “helper”, it is far from what we understand the word to mean. It translates back to the Hebrew word “ezer” which literally means “one who is strong where the other is weak.” And man, thats exactly what God gave me when he gifted me you. Every place i fall, you stand me up. Every hole in my armor, you fill up. You soften all the hard times, and you blunt the piercing arrows life shoots my way. You truly are the half of me that i cant be, the strength where i am weak. You are the companion and mother that God had in mind when he made woman. I love you today and forever. Happy mother’s day my beautiful.

Youre either getting stronger or youre getting weaker. There is no in between.

You’re body was born with full range of motion capabilities. Why would your training not reflect that? Because: Full ROM is HARD! You want to be different? You want to be extraordinary? Well you better train different and be willing to constantly push yourself to do extra-ordinary work.
