The JTown Running Club sends its deepest condolences out to the friends and family of Lisbeth Perez. She ran with us in 2013. She was such a charismatic and energetic young woman. Always smiling. She was an amazing teammate and friend to all. We are devastated to hear of her passing. RIP Lis. 🖤💙🐾

To anyone who EVER ran with us:
You are the heart and soul of this team. You are all so inspiring to Ms. Gomes and I. You make both of us so DAMN proud. Many of you never ran a whole mile before running with us. And you crossed the finish. Most of you could never dream of running as much as you did....but you did it. Wherever you are in life...we will always carry those beautiful experiences with us. You guys are truly inspiring and the reason why we worked so hard to get you to the finish line. Many of you have continued in your running journey and it is truly awesome to see.
We want to thank all of the people who supported us throughout the years. Sponsors, families, friends, teachers, etc. You guys are what kept this program alive!
We love you all and we cherish all the miles and memories. And you never know....maybe down the road...who knows what the future holds.
We'd love for you to share your favorite JTown Running Club memories, how running has affected your life, photos, or just drop us a line! Make sure to add what years you ran with us!
One foot in front of the other! If you can run a marathon....there isn't anything you can't do!

Rose Bowl Half Marathon. A great day for a hilly, but awesome run. Finishing on the field at the Rose Bowl: priceless.
Christian: Ran through shin splint pain but still killed it on a hilly course.
Samantha: Is a pro at this! She’s ran this course before but improved her time today.
We ran into a Class of 2014 JTown Running Club alum. Always amazing to see our kids continue their love of running.

These kids faced one of the craziest years ever and we know they are off to accomplish great things! Thank you for letting us run with you on your journey! #26.2 💙🖤💙💙🐾🐾
