Happy Mother's Day to all the mamas!! 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡 4 years into motherhood and I can't be more thrilled to be a mom. I'm not going to lie, it's hard work. And I’m relentlessly committed to taking care of myself AND my child so we can both be good. It makes a big difference to be present and in a good mood to see my baby girl's discoveries, to answer her never ending questions, to see her childlike enthusiasm...it makes all the long hours worth it. Thank you, Naza for making me a mom and having a reason to be celebrated today 🥰

To all the mothers: I honor you and celebrate you today! Our work never ends and we rarely get appreciated, but I see you and your efforts are not in vain! We are raising the next generation and that’s HUGE! Thank you for your acts of love every day I pray you get the support you need to rest, play, and recenter often 🙏🏽 Lord knows you deserve it!!

Nsa is one of our newest teachers at Breathe & Balance Yoga

Saturday May 13th 2023 at 1:00pm - 3:00 pm

at Breathe & Balance Yoga in Lincoln, CA

This is a special event for all of the Mothers in our community (Moms, Grandmothers, Godmothers, Aunts, or child caregivers) who care for our children.

We will spend the afternoon indulging ourselves in self-love practices of slow flow yoga, self-reflective journaling, and a time to share in community with other mamas.

It’s my birthday and I woke up irritated. I asked myself why. It was because I started moving into my day without grounding in gratitude and setting my intention. So I sat, got clear with myself and said my personal birthday prayer to God 🤲🏼✨💜

I am so grateful for excellent health, a beautiful family, the fortitude and capacity to raise an energetic toddler while my husband is away, my close friends and community of big hearted moms, and the wisdom to know how to slow down and take care of myself in challenging times. I’m grateful for my yoga and Ayurveda teachers and the chance to pass those teachings on in my work. I have some much gratitude for the practice of contentment - Santosha - because it helps me to find the sweetness in every kind of moment.

That clarity was so profound for me and dissolved all irritation. Thankful I took my time to get centered and receive these reminders from God.

Happy Birthday to me! Thank you God for another year! 💜💜💜🥰🥰🥰
