Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is simply keep showing up.
This week, I was low emotionally. I didn’t feel like picking up the camera. I didn’t feel like editing. I didn’t even weigh in. But I did my devotionals. I worked out. I meal prepped. I moved through the sadness — and I let God meet me there. 🙏🏾💗
