WHY CONSISTENCY BEATS MOTIVATION

Motivation is unreliable. Structure is not.

Most people think results come from extreme effort.

In reality, results usually come from:
• Moderate effort
• Repeated consistently
• For a long period of time

The body responds best to:
• Consistent training frequency
• Gradual progression
• Sustainable recovery
• Long-term habits

This is why “all or nothing” approaches often fail.

You do not need perfect workouts.
You need enough good workouts stacked over months and years.

WHY MUSCLE MATTERS AS YOU AGE

Muscle is one of the biggest predictors of long-term health.

As we age, adults naturally lose muscle mass if they don’t strength train.
