The journey to the finish line tested me in ways I didn’t expect—physically, mentally, emotionally.
In training and in the race there were moments I felt unstoppable… and moments I questioned everything.
But that’s the beauty of it.
You don’t come here for easy. You come here to find your edge. To discover who you really are.
All along the way, I was forced to find stronger versions of myself. And I couldn't be more grateful.
To the tens of thousands of volunteers, hundreds of thousands of fans, and handful of people in my own circle who made this day so special, thank you.

Caught a Unicorn 🦄
I never thought I'd be that person... the one who wakes up at 4:30am to go on a casual 10 mile run on a Thursday morning. Who gets excited to come home and slide into leg compressor boots. Who forgoes the "fun" stuff to dedicate time to training. Who pays hard earned money to fly across the country, carboload all day, and go run 26.2 miles in freezing conditions.
It wasn't perfect.
And it wasn't easy.
But somewhere between that big "start" and "finish" painted on the ground I realized - this is why we NEED to do hard things.
To grow.
To prove to ourselves we can.
To see the incredible way people show up.
Could never have done it without all the support from my friends, family, fellow runners, and the FANS out there at the Boston Marathon!! Long Beach friends! Ever thought to yourself "hmm there seem to be a lot of wealthy people who own real estate" 🤔 or "I wish I could invest in real estate but I don't have that kind of money"?
