📬 Ballots are in the mail!

We want to highlight Issue 5A, a $54 million Mill Levy Override that would directly impact our students, staff and community.

We encourage every voter to do your research and make your voice heard! 🗳️

If you’d like to show your support: LTE will host a car painting event this Friday from 7:00–7:45 AM at Lone Tree Elementary and again immediately following drop-off from 8-9:30 AM at Prairie Sky Park.

Issue 5A would help:
• 👩‍🏫 Recruit and retain great teachers and staff
• 🛠️ Expand Career & Technical Education and skilled trades
• 🛡️ Support school safety and security
• 🎵 Restore student programs like elementary instrumental music
• 💙 Expand support for students with specialized needs

Our first-ever Walk, Bike & Roll to School Day was a blast!🏃‍♀️🚲🛴

Thank you to everyone who participated! We loved seeing our LTE families enjoying the fresh Colorado air, stretching their legs, and making their way to school together.

A huge shoutout to the City of Lone Tree for proactively identifying and mapping out our safer routes to school. We also loved having our SROs join us along the way!

Thanks for helping make our first Walk, Bike & Roll to School Day such a success. We can’t wait to do it again! 🦁💛

🦁 Learning beyond the classroom!

The last two weeks have been full of fun, hands-on learning experiences and field trips at LTE!

🌊 This week, we welcomed Ocean First Institute from Boulder! Students got to connect with real-world conservation science and learn about native fish and amphibian restoration, river plastic cleanup, and the importance of protecting Colorado’s waterways.

🚂 Our 4th graders also headed to Georgetown, where they rode the historic train, toured a mine, and enjoyed some beautiful Colorado fall colors along the way!

We love watching our Lions learn, explore, and experience new things beyond the classroom!
