Here's a fun exercise in Phonics/Spelling to do with your 1st, second or third grader while we are distance learning! Cut out the letter strips that go with the corresponding lesson and read the words in the lesson and tell your child that there are hundreds of words that can be made from those letters. Using each letter only once (unless there are multiples in the letter strip) have them make as many words as they can in two or three minutes. Let them make words that are on their own level and see how many more they can do each day!!
