Program Overview
The CMA program spans up to 16 weeks, combining instructional sessions, hands-on laboratory training, and simulations to fully prepare you for a career in healthcare. To earn your certificate of completion, you must successfully complete all coursework and labs.

What You’ll Learn
Throughout the program, you will develop essential skills, including:
✅ Accurately recording patient medical histories
✅ Assisting physicians during physical examinations
✅ Performing diagnostic tests
✅ Understanding the role of a Medical Assistant in a physician’s office laboratory

Upon graduation, you will be qualified for positions such as:
✔️ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
✔️ Phlebotomist
✔️ EKG Technician
✔️ Medical Administrative Assistant

Flexible Class Options
We offer both day and night class options to fit your schedule:
🌙 Night Classes – Mondays, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM (1 class per week for 16 weeks)
☀️ Day Classes – Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (every other week; choose a schedule that works for you)

Real-World Experience & Job Placement Assistance
Once you complete your coursework and labs, your instructor will arrange an externship at a medical facility near you. This externship provides real-life, hands-on experience in a physician’s office, allowing you to observe, assist, and perform tasks alongside experienced Medical Assistants. Many externship sites are actively looking to hire graduates!

Our energetic sales team is seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Representative to join us! In this role, you will provide detailed information, guidance, and assistance to potential students regarding enrollment and admissions.
What You’ll Do:
Engage in cold calling to connect with potential students.
Conduct one-on-one consultations to guide prospective students.
Set appointments through phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and consultations.
✔️ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
✔️ A closer mentality—this is a commissioned role!
✔️ Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✔️ Adaptability to learning new systems and handling changes.
✔️ A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
