Laurel County Public Schools’ teachers Ms. Amy Gaines, Ms. Madison Gaines, and MLC’s very own Ms. Hagan Burns had the opportunity to attend a weeklong professional development this summer through the Wilderness Education Project in Missoula, Montana!

They studied under scholars and master teachers at the University of Montana, learning new teaching practices to bring back to their students!
