A huge thank you to the Laurel County Cattlemen's Association for providing and making 500 hot dogs for our 4-H Camp! Your generosity and support helped make the day special for all of the campers.

We also want to give a special shoutout to Jasmine and Carrie, who did all the hard work behind the scenes to make it happen. From preparation to serving, they kept everything running smoothly and made sure everyone was fed with a smile.

We appreciate all of your time, effort, and dedication to supporting our youth and our community. Thank you for helping make 4-H Camp a success! 🌭🍀👏

This week, we're shining the spotlight on one of our amazing team members, Tonya Swanner, Extension Staff Assistant at the Laurel County Cooperative Extension Service!

A few fun facts about Tonya:
🏡 She loves being at home.
☕ She can’t live without coffee.
🍽️ She’ll take dinner over breakfast any day.
👩‍👧‍👦 Her favorite things are her kiddos.
🚗 One of her biggest pet peeves is when people misuse handicap parking spaces.

Tonya’s dedication, kindness, and positive attitude make her a valued part of our Extension family. We’re grateful for all she does to serve our community each day!

Glenn is a nature lover through and through — his happy place is in the woods hunting, and he’d pick the beach over the city any day. 🦌🌲🌊 He’s also a big fan of breakfast foods, ice cream, and has watched every episode of Yellowstone! 🍳🍦📺

We’re excited to spotlight one of the amazing faces behind the Laurel County Cooperative Extension Service team!
Elizabeth is a proud “4-H Agent” with a love for reading, relaxing weekends, tacos, and all things cats 🐱🌮📚 Her favorite book series is Vlademort by Mercedes Lackey, and if she could travel anywhere, she’d choose Asia over Europe!
When she’s not working with youth and the community, you’ll probably find her curled up with a good book and enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
