Google classroom will be posted at 11:30am starting 1/5 on every day that there is not lab or clinical.

In person- Labs will be 1/8,9,15,and 22 11:30-4:30. This is located at:
100 S. Main St.
London, Ohio

In person- Clinical will be 1/16and 1/23 located at
6000 Riverside Drive
Dublin, OH

The rest is online. You will be expected to read the book, take the chapter tests, and listen to the lectures.

Last day of class is 1/23

Reviews may only be scheduled be by appointment before your state testing.

Certificates may be picked up or mailed.

You will need:
-Black or gray scrubs
-TB test results
-Clean sneakers
-Hair pulled back
-Nails must be no longer than 1/4 inch long during clinicals and state boards
-non expired state issued ID
-non laminated SS card (no copies)
-proof of background check OR signed document DCTC provides stating you may take care of the elderly

$550.00 per class, this includes books.
This does not include state testing fees of $104.00. We will go over how to
schedule your state boards and how to pay during the class.

DCTC accepts cash or cards. The payment is due 7 days before class starts.
