Great news: Blu’s classes on Thursday at 11:30-2:30 and Friday at 12:30-3:30 are open for serious painters 18+ and have a love and passion for what they do.
A bit about Blu:
Blu Rivard is our oil painting instructor and a Marine and exotic wildlife artist. Blu Rivard’s concern for the sanctity and preservation of nature is the emotional underpinning of all his work. From the serenity of his Undersea Lifescapes to the majesty of his Exotic Wildlife Studies, Blu’s unique interplay of color, light, and texture is eminently recognizable—as is his mastery of detail and biological accuracy. His originals and limited editions adorn the walls of collectors, museums, corporate offices, and commercial galleries in nearly fifty countries. He has been profiled in newspaper articles and on television. His images have graced magazine and catalogue front covers, calendars, and commemoratives.

We apologize for the lag on putting this out folks! But here is our new schedule for next two months, slight changes will occur by July.

We have a few Summer camp classes going now and two new instructors!!

For those of you asking about classes for children 5-8, we will be working on arranging through email for those interested. We currently have two beginning art classes with Bola Dabash who teaches ages 5-8.

We have a new writing workshop with Natalie Yeh two days a week.

Stan Somers will be having ongoing portfolio development sessions/classes Thursday mornings. Mid June will be the start of his kids illustration summer camp classes.

Call for availability with Yasuko! Her classes fill fast. She will be opening a new session in May so call to reserve!

Yukari is open for new 6 week pottery/wheel sessions, mid June summer camp for kids.

Serious oil painters and those who are on a long journey, we have openings in Blu Rivard’s Painting with Ease.

And finally, a watercolor only class with David Parsons held Thursday mornings.

Hey all, we wanted to do a little update with our hours! Everyday is the same except for Wednesday which we will now be open from 12pm-9pm!

Some works featured here include our amazing students, and our awesome instructors: Yukari’s (tiny sculpts), Stan’s (cartoons), and David’s class!
