Congrats to the 80 youth competitors at this weekend’s capoeira tournament. 👏👏👏
It was a remarkable first experience for all of our kids.
Caetano got first place 🥇 in a very tough division. Lua made it to the final and rocked it as well! Coala and Juba both leveled up as capoeiristas in the semifinals. 🌟 We are so proud of all of them!
But more than any medal, we are most proud of their grit, hard work and humility as capoeiristas! 💛
Congrats to our capoeira community for coming together to support the next generation with healthy challenges and great sportsmanship. You could feel the genuine love and camaraderie among the athletes, coaches and fans from so many different schools.
Thank you to everyone involved in making this event a success
