♥️ "TLC (Tilts, Legs, & Cradles)" is coming to The Lab in Lombard, IL, starting on Sunday, September 13th (6:00-7:30 PM), running each Sunday through November 8th (9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, & 11/8 ). 9 TOTAL SESSIONS!!!

🧪Location:

💲 Cost: $200 for ALL sessions OR $30 per session, payable in advance or prior to each session starting.

🕙 Session Time: 6:00-7:30 PM

🤼 For wrestlers 9 years of age and up and MUST have 2 years of wrestling experience. This is an advanced clinic designed for serious wrestlers.

For those not headed to VA Beach, come out to The Lab in Lombard for the Scramble Camp before you start your Memorial Day BBQ!!! Coach Carson Beebe of Beebe Trained will be putting on a 2-session camp 100% dedicated to scrambling. Attend one or both, details and flier are below.

Scramble in the morning and BBQ in the afternoon on Memorial Day!

- 2 sessions on Monday, May 25th
- Session 1- 9:00-10:30 AM
- Session 2- 11:00 AM-12:30 PM
- Advanced Scrambling, Winning the Scramble, Counter Offense, Pins & Big Moves From Scrambles
- Cost is $40 for each session OR $65 for both- Each session will be different so attending both are NOT the same sessions
- Ages 8+, minimum 2 years experience, these are advanced techniques so the wrestlers should be prepared for that
