We're Over Halfway There! 📚 📚 📚

Thank you to all donors who have supported our students and our PTA by sponsoring your student(s) in the 2026 READ-A-THON. It means so much to have your support and will help the PTA to continue to provide programs and activities for our Westmore community. Our students have already completed over 5,000 steps during the READ-A-THON. That is over 1,200 hours of reading!

Our goal is to raise $10,000 by the end of the event and we are over halfway there with over $6,300 pledged. We know that not every family has the means to support the cause, but we ask ALL those families who can to make a pledge to help to support the programs for all of our students. Be sure to share your child's donation link with family and friends, too!

And for anyone who needs a pick-me-up after Sunday's game, remember that if we reach the $10,000 goal, Mr. Dart will trade in his green and gold for blue and orange for a day! Please make your pledge by October 18!

Join us for the 19th annual D45 5K and 1-mile Fun Run on Saturday, Sept. 19, on the Prairie Path in memory of former physical education teacher Bonnie Scahill. All students, staff and families are welcome. T-shirts are guaranteed for registrations received by Sept. 6, and race bags will be delivered to schools.
