Our Kids Promotion Ceremony is coming up, and we’re excited to celebrate the hard work, consistency, and growth our kids have shown on the mats!

We’ll be celebrating individual progress with belt promotions and stripe advancements. Even if your child isn’t being promoted this time, we’d love for the whole family to come out, support their teammates, and be part of the celebration. ❤️💙

Our first Women’s Boxing, HIIT & Self-Defense Seminar sold out, and after so many requests, we couldn’t wait to bring it back!

After announcing Part 2, we also heard from several women who were excited to join but needed a little more time to work it into their schedules. So, we’ve extended registration and updated our start date to give everyone a fair chance to participate.

Join us for a 5-week program where fathers train alongside their daughters while building real-world self-defense skills, confidence, and connection.

📅 Starts: Sunday, June 7
⏰ Time: Sundays at 9:00 AM
🗓️ Duration: 5 weeks
👥 Spots: 12 pairs only

This program gives daughters the opportunity to safely spar with their fathers while learning practical self-defense techniques that work in dangerous real-world situations. Together, families will build confidence, awareness, and the ability to respond under pressure through realistic training and hands-on drills.
