It Takes A Village Daycare

Day 4 of Community Helpers Week! Today we made some super awesome fireman hats! We also worked on the beginning sounds of some community helpers! We read "Hero Mom."

Day 3 of Community Helpers Week! Today we made some mail pouches like our mail people use! We also described some helpers and their jobs and tools using our own words! We read "Peppa Loves Doctors and Nurses."

Day 2 of Community Helpers Week! Today we made some popsicle stick soldiers! Cutest little army ever! We also played with playdough and read "Busy People, Police Officer." We talked about how police officers keep us safe and serve our communities!

Day 1 of Community Helpers Week! Today we made some stethoscopes to celebrate our healthcare workers! We also did some community helper themed number puzzles. We also read "A Little Fire Truck."

It is Community Helpers Week! We are going to learn about all of the helpers in our community and how they help us!

Days 3 and 4 of Apple Week! We made some cute little popsicle stick apple cores and colored an A for Apple! We also taste tested all kinds of apples and practiced our letter As!

Day 2 of Apple Week! Today we made some paper strip apples and boy were they cute! We also read "Sammy and the Apple Tree."

Day 1 of Apple Week! Today we made some seriously cute apple trees! We also learned how apples grow. We read "How Do Apples Grow?".

It is Apple Week! This week we will be learning all things apple! We will be learning how they grow, taste testing all different kinds, and making some of our own!

Days 3 and 4 of Superhero Week! Yesterday we made some cityscapes where our superheros might live and protect! We also dressed up and saved some citizens in need! Today we made our own superhero shields! We also practiced our upper and lowercase letters with Batman and Spiderman!

Days 1 and 2 of Superhero Week! Yesterday we made some super awesome paper bag heroes! We also helped Spiderman count his spiders. Today we made our own superhero mask to wear! We also played with playdough! Its going to be a super week!

Its Superhero Week! This is by far one of my favorite themes! We will make some superheros, a shield, some masks, and our own city! Its going to be so much fun! We also have water play and picture day this week! Its a week packed full of some amazing stuff!
