Evelyn’s Daycare Type B Child Care Provider

Today, at daycare we celebrated Muffins for Moms! These hard working ladies are amazing mothers! You are greatly loved by your children. Hoped you all enjoyed your special breakfast!

I feel so sorry for the families of our community. I get continuous calls everyday. Families are in desperately need for childcare. Last that I heard we only have 3 Childcare Providers in Hocking County. Please, if there is anyone who enjoys working with children and wish to give them quality care please contact our local Job’s & Family Services. Look into a career of a Type-B Family Childcare Provider.

Due to inclement weather Daycare will be closed January 26,2026.

Daycare is closed due to inclement weather. We just received notice that Hocking County is under a level 3.

This intelligent little fellow made boots out of magnetic tiles! His building abilities amazes me constantly!

Something to be super proud of! Today, I advanced to a Gold rating for our little daycare!

Today the little ladies and I taught children about using our senses, herbs, how to dry and preserve them. The daycare children loves attending Project SAFE Food Pantry and Clothing Cupboard.

Today our daycare children taught children visiting the Project Safe summer event how to make calming jars.

Yesterday we celebrated Earth Day with a field trip. We went to Project Safe Community Garden, and put in a new garden bed. Playing in the dirt is the way to go! Oh and we collected violets for jam, dandelions for tea and playdough. The tiny bees and butterflies was busy pollinating and collecting nectar.
