The 13th Annual Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Workshop Series is happening this Fall!

Basic Workshop Information:
What: 1- or 2-day Acceptance and Commitment Therapy workshop.
When: September 26th (Saturday) & September 27th (Sunday), 2026
Where: Sorensen Center for Clinical Excellence at Utah State University, Logan, UT.
Who: Led by Dr. Michael Twohig, PhD (peer-reviewed ACT trainer and anxiety and OCD specialist) and his 5th year graduate student, Mercedes G. Woolley.
Why: Useful training, and you can earn up to 12 CE credits (approval pending). All profits go to our research program.
Lunch and snacks provided!

There are only 80 spots available! We encourage you to register sooner rather than later as registration will close once capacity is reached!

Big news! Emily Bowers was just awarded USU’s graduate researcher of the year award at the gala last night. This is the highest honor for this type of activity at USU. We are so proud of her! Way to go Emily!

First year PhD student Madison Fitzpatrick proposed her thesis in which she will validate a measure of body dysmorphic disorder. This is an important study as she works to develop ACT for BDD.

The Misophonia Research Fund put on a one hour update on recent Research, and our very own Mercedes Woolley was one of three presenters. Thanks for representing Mercedes!
