Congratulations to our Paramedic Department Platinum Performer, Logan Hadley!
π π
Logan came to BTECH after hearing great things from colleagues and receiving support from his agency to pursue his paramedic education. Since day one, he has been dedicated to expanding his knowledge and skills in EMS.
After graduation, Logan plans to continue serving his community as a firefighter/paramedic while further developing his expertise. His future goals include advancing to critical care paramedic and potentially becoming a flight medic.
π
One of Logan's biggest inspirations is his dad, a fellow firefighter and leader who encouraged him to continue his education and pursue opportunities he never had the chance to pursue himself.
When reflecting on his time at BTECH, Logan says some of his favorite memories were simply laughing and learning alongside his classmates. Those friendships and experiences helped make the journey even more rewarding.
His advice to future students: "Find what you're passionate about and run with it. I hated school before finding my passion in firefighting and EMS, but once I started learning about something I was interested in, learning became a breeze."
We're proud to recognize Logan for his dedication, perseverance, and commitment to serving others. Congratulations on being named a Platinum Performer!

π₯βοΈ Congratulations to our Welding Department Platinum Performer, Gus Roden! βοΈπ₯
Gus first discovered BTECH during a high school tour and immediately knew it was a place where he could build his future. From the welcoming atmosphere to the hands-on programs, he found a path that aligned with his passion for welding and fabrication.
One thing that stood out most to Gus was the people. Whether it was fellow students, instructors, or staff, he found a community that was always willing to help and support one another. While there isn't one specific moment that tops the list, he says he'll always remember his instructors and the impact they had on his journey.
After graduation, Gus plans to continue growing his business, Rockin2R Diesel & FAB, and return home to pursue his goals as an entrepreneur. πͺ
His advice to future students: "If you're looking for a place that will help get your foot in the door with big companies and help you take the next step into your future at your own pace, this is a great place to go."
We're proud to recognize Gus for his hard work, determination, and commitment to his craft. Congratulations on being named a Platinum Performer! ππ

After BTECH, Caitlyn plans to continue her education at USU as she works toward veterinary school. π
